TreeLife Is Growing: Introducing Our New Arboriculture Training Programs
At TreeLife, we believe that better tree care starts with better education.
That’s why we’re developing a new series of arboriculture training programs designed to increase professional awareness, share practical knowledge, and help build a stronger, more informed tree care industry.
Arboriculture Education for Everyone
Our training programs are designed for professionals and organizations involved in property and landscape management, including:
- Commercial and multifamily property managers
- Educational organizations
- Local professional groups
- Tree care and landscape professionals
- Vendor partners and other industry professionals
And when we say everyone, we mean it. Even other tree care companies.
Our goal is to create a collaborative learning environment where better education leads to higher professional standards and better tree care throughout our communities.
What Will the Training Cover?
Each one-hour training session will combine classroom instruction with hands-on learning experiences.
Topics will include:
- Tree planting and pruning
- Tree health care
- Professional tree care management
- Sustainable arboriculture practices
- Client management
- Tree care sales strategies
- Professional and organizational skills
The goal is to provide practical, relevant information that participants can apply in their work and organizations.
Continuing Education and Professional Training Opportunities
TreeLife is certified to offer Continuing Education Units (CEUs) to multifamily housing managers who participate in qualifying programs, and we are working toward offering similar opportunities for office property managers.
We are also pursuing additional accreditations that would allow us to expand our educational programs across the arboriculture industry. This includes working toward accreditation through organizations such as the Department of Pesticide Regulation to offer CEUs and annual training for pesticide handlers, as well as exploring accreditation opportunities through the Tree Care Industry Association (TCIA) and the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA).
Our long-term goal is to create a learning environment where property managers, tree care professionals, pesticide handlers, and other industry partners can continue developing their knowledge and professional skills.
